We were looking for a larger home than our rental and found Shafalya Vertis. We picked a 3 BHK that is 2500 square feet. It feels much more spacious than where we were living. Being ready to move in 2016 was great, and we moved in quickly. The location in Sola is quite good; it’s close to Thaltej Metro Station, which is convenient for us. We also appreciate the availability of Wi-Fi and garbage disposal systems. The price, around 2.2 crore for our unit, was manageable with our savings and a loan. The construction quality appeasound, and the common facilities are decent. We are happy with the upgrade.
