We considered the larger 4 BHK flat, which is 2000 square feet, as we wanted ample space. The price for this size is around 90 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget but manageable. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. Having Yashoda Hospital and Adhaheela Global School so close is very convenient. The main issue we found is the connectivity to the metro; Arthala Metro Station is nearby, which can be a bit of a commute daily. Still, the space and location are good.
