The price of 82.62 Lakh was manageable with our savings and a bank loan. The project was completed in 2014 and is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The landscaping is nice, and the lift service is reliable. We heard the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning, but so far, everything else is fine.

The price point, around 50.49 Lakh, was within my budget. The security guards are always present, which makes me feel safe. I also use the Yoga / Meditation Area quite often; it’s very peaceful. The proximity to St Teresa School, which is nearby, is also a major plus for future needs.
