This is my fit time buying a property and I was looking for something convenient. SG Homes in Vasundhara seemed like a good option. The location is right on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, which is amazing for commuting. I checked out the 2 BHK flat, which has a super builtup area of around 1095 sq.ft. It felt spacious enough for me and my wife. The price was 96.98 Lakh, which was a bit high but manageable. I liked that it's a ready-to-move-in project, so no waiting around. The developer, SG Estates, seems to have a good track record. I’m hoping the Vastu-friendly design brings good fortune. The project also has a swimming pool and gym, which are nice amenities to have.

We purchased a 4 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 2430 sq.ft super builtup. The location in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, is excellent, with the Delhi border a short distance and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway literally at nearby. SG Estates has provided good amenities like a kid's pool and a gymnasium. The 70% open green space is wonderful for children to play. My only minor concern is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be a little heavy.
