We purchased our apartment in SFS Boulevard when it was ready to move. Being retired, we wanted a comfortable place close to essential services. The proximity to Sunrise Hospital Kochi and MPM English Medium Higher Secondary School was a major factor. Also, the Puthiya Road Bypass Junction Bus Stop is nearby, making public transport very accessible. We opted for a 4 BHK, which is quite spacious at 2389 square feet. The swimming pool is a nice touch for leisurely afternoons. Power backup is essential, and it’s good that they included it. The apartment is well-built by Skyline Foundation and Structures. We have been living here for a few yeanow and find it peaceful.

I picked up a unit in SFS Boulevard back in 2014 primarily as an investment. The location in Vennala, near the NH Bypass and Kaloor, seemed promising for future growth. Even though the project was completed in 2013, it was still relatively new. I got a 3 BHK which had a built-up area of 1784 square feet. The amenities like the swimming pool and power backup were decent for that time. Rental demand in Kochi is generally good, and this area has seen development. I have rented it out since then. The price was reasonable back then. I haven't faced many issues with tenants. Skyline Foundation and Structures seems to have delivered a solid structure. I think it was a good decision for passive income.

Proximity to Sunrise Hospital Kochi and MPM English Medium Higher Secondary School is also advantageous for family needs. The inclusion of a swimming pool and power backup are standard but necessary amenities. My only minor concern is the limited parking space, which could be an issue if guests bring multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the apartment quality and size are satisfactory for the price point I managed to secure it at.

This is my fit property purchase, and I went for SFS Boulevard. I really liked the spaciousness of the 4 BHK apartments, especially the larger option around 2409 square feet. Being ready to move was a big plus as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location is quite central, being near Kaloor and the NH Bypass. Palarivattom Metro Station is also not too far, nearby. Skyline Foundation and Structures built this a few yeaago, so it’s a resale or maybe an older inventory unit. The swimming pool and power backup are good amenities to have. I did notice some dust from nearby ongoing constructions, which is a common issue in developing areas like Vennala.

We liked that it is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The location near the NH Bypass is convenient for commuting, though sometimes the traffic on the bypass can be a bit much during peak houHaving power backup is a relief, especially with Kochi’s unpredictable weather. The swimming pool is an added bonus for the kids. Skyline Foundation and Structures delivered this project a while back but it still feels solid. We are looking forward to making this our permanent home.
