Having the swimming pool and gymnasium within the complex is very convenient for staying active. The landscaping looks nice too, makes the place feel peaceful. Location is decent, close enough to National Highway 47 for getting around. Security seems solid with 24x7 CCTV and guards. Overall, it's a comfortable place to settle down. I haven't had any major issues so far. The maintenance charges are reasonable.
