We chose Serene Kshetra primarily because of its proximity to Shemford Primary School, which is literally nearby. That was a huge deciding factor for us with two young kids. The 2 BHK villas provide enough space, ranging from 883 to 1094 square feet. The area is developing, and it's great that medical facilities like Sakthi General Care are also right there. The price for our 2 BHK was around 35 Lakh, which fit our budget. Columbia Pacific Communities has included a children's play area and good landscaping, which the kids absolutely love. The 24/7 security is also very reassuring for us as a family living here.
