The location near JSPM College is quite convenient, and it's good that it's a gated community with 24x7 security. We booked a 779 square feet apartment. The price range was about what we expected, around 85 Lakhs. The flat itself feels spacious enough for us. Having the garbage disposal system is a practical touch. Also, the proximity to the Mumbai Pune Expressway is a big plus for commuting. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the basic amenities like 24x7 water supply are working well. It's a decent option for families.
