We just moved to Coimbatore and needed a place quickly. Selvam Avenue in Kalapatti seemed like a good option because it is ready to move. The distance to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is only about 1.23 kilomete, which is convenient. Kumaran Medical Center is also nearby, which is reassuring. The area felt a little dusty during the day, probably due to ongoing construction nearby, but it quiets down at night. The apartment itself is decent sized, though I wish the bedroom was a little bigger. Overall, it’s a practical choice for us starting out in a new city.
