The distance to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is only about 1.23 kilomete, which is convenient. Kumaran Medical Center is also nearby, which is reassuring. The area felt a little dusty during the day, probably due to ongoing construction nearby, but it quiets down at night. The apartment itself is decent sized, though I wish the bedroom was a little bigger. Overall, it’s a practical choice for us starting out in a new city.
