The flat size is around 690 square feet, which is comfortable for them. The presence of a gymnasium and power backup are good amenities for their convenience. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is relatively peaceful. I relied on the developer, SDR Constructions, to deliver a quality home, and from their feedback, it seems they have.
