The project is ready to move, completed in October 2018. Panwar.sandeep56 is the developer. I looked at the amenities like jogging track and landscaping, which are decent. The proximity to the school is good for future potential. However, the roads leading to the project could be better maintained, and there was some dust during my last visit. Overall, the investment seems sound for the long term, but immediate access needs improvement.
