The proximity to Tagore Public School Shastri Nagar, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. Bani Park is a good residential area. The children's play area within the complex is a big hit with our kids. We also appreciate the 24x7 security and the power backup, which are essential for a family. The SDC Group has delivered a project with good landscaping. The swimming pool is also a great amenity for the weekends. It’s ready to move, which was convenient.
