The apartment sizes, especially the 3 BHKs at 1760-2040 sq.ft, are generous. Being ready to move was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The power backup facility is essential. The only minor issue is that finding parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, the location and amenities make it a very convenient choice for my family.
