I bought a 4 BHK apartment in Dhanuka Sunshine Residency for my parents. The 810 square feet carpet area gives them plenty of space. My parents are comfortable living in Shastri Nagar, and it’s close to Tagore Public School, which is convenient for the grandchildren who visit. The Dhanuka Group delivered this project some time ago, in July 2003, so it's a known entity. The main road access is okay, though the internal lane can be a little narrow. I haven’t seen it myself recently, but my parents say it’s a peaceful community. They are happy, which is the most important thing.
