I bought a 2 BHK here a few months ago. The built-up area is 1190 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for the price point, although the budget details were not available. Being ready to move was a major plus for me. The location in Bapu Nagar, near Mangal Marg, is decent, with good connectivity to NH-8. My main concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the highway. However, the SDC Group has a reputation for completing projects on time, which was a factor in my decision. The apartment itself is practical, and the completion date back in 2004 means it's a well-established property.

We were looking for a comfortable home for my parents in Jaipur and found SDC Golden Landmark. It is ready to move, which was perfect as we didn't want them waiting. We chose a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1450 sq.ft; it’s quite large and comfortable for them. The proximity to JAIN ENT HOSPITAL and the Univeity Bus Stop, which is a short distance, provides convenience. My parents mentioned that the roads around the area can get a bit dusty sometimes, but overall they are happy. The SDC Group built this property quite some time ago, back in 2004, so it’s a mature property.

We decided on SDC Golden Landmark because of its proximity to Subodh Public School, which is nearby. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1450 sq.ft. It is ready to move, which meant our kids could settle in quickly. The location on Mangal Marg, Bapu Nagar, is quite central in Jaipur and has access to NH-8. My wife likes the spaciousness of the rooms. However, the traffic on Mangal Marg can be quite heavy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, and also due to the NH-8 access. The SDC Group completed this project in 2004, so it's an older building but seems well-maintained for its age. The Univeity Bus Stop being a short distance is also helpful.
