We were searching for a comfortable 2 BHK in Jaipur, and SDC Golden Heights seemed like a good option. The 1270 square feet built-up area provides enough room for our family. What really sold us was the location; Subodh Public School is just a nearby walk away, and the Rambagh Bus Stop is equally close. This makes dropping the kids off and commuting very easy. The project was ready to move in, built by SDC Group, and completed in 2005. One thing that we are still adjusting to is the slightly smaller size of the secondary bedroom. It’s manageable, but definitely on the cozier side. Otherwise, it’s a convenient place to live.
