I purchased a unit in SDC Gokul primarily as an investment. The location in Bani Park, Jaipur, is promising, and it's close to major transport links like NH-8. Being ready to move means immediate rental income potential, which is attractive from a financial pepective. The developer, SDC Group, has a track record, which adds a layer of security to the investment. While the configurations and exact sizes weren't readily available when I invested, the overall feel of the project is positive. The proximity to Tagore Public School and Manipal Hospital also adds to the rental appeal of the area. I'm optimistic about its future value.

We finally moved into SDC Gokul last month. The main reason we chose this place was its proximity to Tagore Public School Shastri Nagar, which is just about 1 kilometer away.
