It's ready to move in, which was ideal as we didn't want to wait. The location is reasonably well-connected, being close to EM Bypass and close to Kavi Subhash Metro Station. This helps in commuting. The price of 35 Lakhs onwards was acceptable. However, I must mention that the traffic on the nearby main roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, making travel times unpredictable sometimes. Also, the immediate access road to the building is not the widest.
