After retirement, we were looking for a peaceful place to settle down. Eden Icon seemed like a good option. We chose a 3 BHK which is around 1041 sq.ft. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important for us. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice green feel. The cycling and jogging track is something I use almost every morning. It's good that there's 24x7 security. The price point was reasonable for the space we received, around 25 Lakhs. The main concern is the completion date wasn't readily available, which made us a bit hesitant initially, but it's ready to move now. Overall, a decent place for a quiet life.

We just moved into Eden Icon in Nayabad, Mukundapur and it's been a smooth transition. The location is quite convenient, especially with Narayana Hospital being only nearby, which is perfect for my work. The 2 BHK apartment we got is 872 sq.ft and feels spacious enough for now. We really liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium here; it’s good to have these amenities within the complex. The proximity to EM Bypass at nearby makes commuting manageable. One thing to note is that the roads leading directly to the building can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it’s a minor issue overall. The building itself seems well-maintained so far.

This is my fit property purchase, and I was quite nervous. I bought a 2 BHK at Eden Icon. The built-up area is 938 sq.ft. The price was within my budget, around 23 Lakhs. I really liked the children's play area as I plan to start a family soon. The location in Mukundapur is developing well, and it's close to TECHNO INDIA GROUP PUBLIC SCHOOL GARIA, which is a plus. The construction quality looks good from what I've seen. The only small issue is that the Jyotirindra Nandi Metro Station is nearby, so daily commute via metro requires a short auto ride. But otherwise, it’s a good start for me.

The location in Mukundapur is quite accessible, and it's good that Narayana Hospital is nearby. My parents mentioned the indoor games facility is a nice touch for them to socialize. The only drawback is the distance from the main EM Bypass, nearby, which means they need to rely on local transport or taxis more often. But overall, they are comfortable here.

However, the pricing felt a bit high compared to other projects in similar locations, which I am monitoring. Also, the lack of readily available OC details was a slight concern, but it's a ready-to-move property. I’m hoping for good appreciation in the coming yea
