The club house and swimming pool are great for unwinding after a long week of teaching. The jogging track is also a nice addition. The location in Sangareddy is good, and it's nice that it's a gated community. We are happy with the ready-to-move status. The only thing is that the multipurpose hall is a bit smaller than we expected, but it's still functional for small gatherings. Overall, it's a significant improvement from our rental apartment.
