B Patel Infrastructure, has put in a good number of amenities, including a clubhouse and indoor games, which I think will be great for socializing. The 24x7 security is reassuring for a fit-time buyer like me. It's ready to move in, so no waiting period. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for fitness. My only reservation is that the rooms feel a little compact, but for a starting point, it’s acceptable. The landscaping looks nice. I’m hoping this proves to be a good investment.
