The developer, Shreeji Creation, has a decent track record. The super builtup area of 1300 square feet is standard for this configuration. Location in New Gotri is good, with future growth potential. I visited the site and the paved parking looks adequate. Security guards are also present, which is a must. However, I noticed the OC received status was not available, which is a minor point of concern for a property bought as an investment. Still, for the price, it seems like a good deal in Vadodara.
