The 2 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 1375 sq.ft built up which is more than enough for me. Sterling Hospitals is right there, which was a huge factor. I also liked that there's a gymnasium and a swimming pool on site, so I don't have to go far for my workouts. The price range of 22.5 Lakh to 26.5 Lakh was also within my budget. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's quite close to the main road. But overall, it feels like a solid place to settle down.

B Patel Infrastructure is ready to move, which was perfect for us. We booked a 1050 sq.ft 2 BHK flat. The price point between 22.5 Lakh and 26.5 Lakh was manageable for us. The amenities are great – we love the swimming pool and the jogging track for our evenings. My partner also likes the idea of the children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet. The location in Undera is developing nicely. The only downside is the parking, it can get a bit tight during peak houif guests visit.

We bought a flat here a couple of yeaago. Our main priority was proximity to schools for our kids. Cygnus school is literally nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The 2 BHK flats here are a good size, around 1200 sq.ft, giving the children enough space to play. S. B Patel Infrastructure included a nice children's play area and a park which they use often. The construction finished in 2013 and it has been a stable living experience. There are gardens and landscaping too, making it pleasant. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus for us. The only thing is the dust from the nearby development can be a bit annoying sometimes, but it's manageable.
