The location on Undera, Gorwa Refinery Road is quite convenient, with Cygnus school just a 5-minute drive away. My wife also likes the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The Sai Developer seems to have completed this project back in 2013. The built-up area for our 2 BHK is around 1000 square feet. Being ready to move was a significant advantage. The location on Gorwa Refinery Road offedecent connectivity, with a bus stop a short distance. However, the dust from the ongoing development in the wider area is noticeable. The 24x7 security is standard, but I wish they had more modern amenities. The completion date was 2013, so it's an older project but seems well-maintained so far from what I observed during my visit. Parking could be an issue if you have multiple vehicles.
