The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Thergaon is quite convenient, close to Aditya Birla Hospital Marg Road which is just a 2-minute drive. We booked a 1 BHK flat, the carpet area is 491 sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for us. The developer, Shrinivas DevelopePune, seems to have a decent track record. Construction is ongoing, expected completion is July 2023. The price range was within our budget. The gated community aspect and the security cabin provide peace of mind. Looking forward to moving in.
