The location in Sidhheshwar Colony, Saswad is developing nicely. I found the proximity to the Saswad Bus Stand (0.2 km) very convenient for my daily travel. Savali Associates has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply. My only concern is the parking. While closed car parking is available, it can feel a bit congested during peak houStill, for the price point, which was reasonable, it is a good deal. The construction quality seems adequate for the investment.

The only downside is that the roads leading to the society can get a bit dusty during dry weather, especially in the afternoon.
