We looked at a few places before buying a 3 BHK at Satyamev Royal 3. The main draw was its proximity to schools and hospitals; Apollo International School is just a stone's throw away, and KD Hospital is also right there. The 3 BHK apartments are generously sized, between 1800 to 1845 square yards, giving our children plenty of space to play inside. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for us. We also liked the children's play area and the overall landscaping. The price range of 63.75 Lakh to 85.85 Lakh was reasonable for the amenities and location. One minor concern is that the reception of the OC is not yet available, which we are keeping an eye on. Otherwise, it feels like a good environment for families.

We needed more space than our rental and decided on Satyamev Royal 3. The project is in Tragad, close to the S. P. Ring Road, which is good. We chose a 3 BHK, which has a super builtup area ranging from 1800 to 1845 square yards. This gives us plenty of room. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, with oucosting around 75 Lakh, but the space justifies it. We love the fountains and the landscaping, it makes the complex feel very pleasant. Having Apollo International School so close, literally nearby, is a huge relief for our child. The KD Hospital also being right there is reassuring. The construction seems solid.
