We bought a 3.5 BHK here in Sattva The Avenue Phase 1. The built-up area is quite large, around 3319 Sq.ft for the bigger configurations. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us. The location in Alipore is quite decent, although traffic can be a bit much during peak houHaving the Taratala Metro Station nearby, nearby, is very convenient for commuting. The gym and children's play area are well-maintained and the kids love them. Sattva Group seems to have good construction quality. Overall, it is a comfortable place to live, and we are happy with our decision to settle here.

We really liked the yoga and meditation area for some quiet time. It is ready to move, and we shifted in March 2020. The location in Alipore is convenient, though getting to the BM Birla Heart Hospital can take some time due to distance and traffic. We are still getting used to the size of the apartment. The solid waste management system is a good feature for cleanliness. Sattva Group has provided good amenities.
