The location in Alipore, Chetla, is quite established. I liked that it comes with closed car parking and a lift, which are essential. The developer, Gopala Enclave Private Limited, seems to have a good reputation. I visited the site a couple of times, and the construction quality looked good. The nearby BM Birla Heart Hospital is also a reassurance, although I hope I don't need it anytime soon. Overall, a positive experience so far.
