I haven't seen the OC details yet but the developer has a reputation. It’s a decent sized flat for my family.

We got a spacious 4 BHK flat, measuring approximately 4800 sq.ft. The ready to move status was convenient. The complex offea senior citizen siteout, which is nice for my parents when they visit. The gym and swimming pool are bonuses for the family. The price is high, easily crossing 10 Crore for the larger units, but the location and space are good. I do wish the parking was a bit more expansive for guests, but closed car parking is a plus.

I was looking for something ready to move in Central Bangalore and Sattva Casa Crescent fit the bill. The 3633 sq.ft 4 BHK flat is quite spacious for a single peon, giving me plenty of room. I really appreciate the solar lighting and the gym facility, which saves me time. It's located on Benson Cross Road, which is a decent area. My only real worry is the traffic during peak hou, getting out of Benson Town can be a bit slow. But overall, having a large flat with good amenities close to work is a big plus for me. The price was on the higher side, but given the location and size, it felt justified. I plan to use the guest room when my parents visit.
