The price point of 80 Lakhs onwards was manageable for us after our loan got approved. Being ready to move in saved us a lot of hassle. We appreciate the lift facility, especially carrying groceries. It's close to Jubilee Hills Public School, which is about a nearby drive, making our commute easier. Satya Construction has built a decent home for us. The parking is enclosed, which is a plus. We are happy with this upgrade.
