I bought a 2 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of 575 sq ft. It’s a convenient size for me. The project was completed in March 2019, so it's a ready-to-move-in property. The location is great, with both Nirmala Convent School and Synergy Supepeciality Hospital just a stone's throw away. Also, the Limda Chowk Bus Stop is only a 4-minute walk, making my commute to work much easier. The main challenge for me is the somewhat limited space in the kitchen, it feels a bit cramped for elaborate cooking. However, for a single peon, it's manageable and the overall convenience is worth it.
