The carpet area is between 893 to 943 sq.ft, so we have plenty of room now. It's great that the project by Buildcon Creations LLP P is ready to move in, we could shift immediately after the paperwork. Being on Hari Nagar, Raiya Main Road means we are close to Sterling Hospitals, which is reassuring. The main concern is the traffic noise during peak housince it's on the main road. Otherwise, the apartment layout is good, and the security systems are top-notch.
