I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, around 1140 square feet, which provides comfortable living space. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief during my relocation. SAS Constructions has equipped the building with a gymnasium and a tennis court, which are great for unwinding after work. The price range of 48.46 Lakh to 58.41 Lakh is quite reasonable considering the location and amenities. My only minor concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity, which I hope will subside soon. The connectivity to the Nehru outer ring road is a plus.
