    Finally upgraded from our rental place to a 2 BHK in SAS Royal View. We were looking for something ready to move in and this fit the bill perfectly. The 1033 square feet flat feels much bigger than our previous rented accommodation. It cost us about 56.82 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable with our salaries. Being teache, proximity to schools is important, and Nathella Vidhyodaya is a short distance, which is fantastic. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the main roads nearby, but we are getting used to it. The power backup is a great relief, especially during monsoons.

One thing we’ve noticed is that the road leading to the project can get dusty sometimes, especially during construction in nearby plots, but hopefully that will improve as the area gets more developed.
