I wanted a luxurious apartment with great amenities for myself. The rooftop jacuzzi and aroma garden at SAS Crown really appealed to me. Also, the fact that there’s only one unit per level ensures privacy, which is very important. The location in Kokapet is good, though sometimes traffic can be a challenge getting towards Gachibowli. I chose a 4 BHK flat of 6565 Sq.ft. It’s under construction and due for completion in March 2027. The 228m tall skyscraper is quite a sight.

I am buying this for my parents who are currently in Hyderabad. I wanted something with good amenities and security. SAS Crown offe24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are important for comfort. The location in Kokapet is quite developed and close to Continental Hospitals, which is a big plus for their health needs. The large flat sizes are perfect for them. While I haven't seen it in peon, the developer's reputation is decent. The project is under construction with completion in March 2027.

I booked a 4 BHK flat, one of the larger ones around 8811 Sq.ft. The design by AEDAS is impressive, and the amenities like the Olympic-sized lap pool and spa are excellent. Sas infra is developing this 57-storey skyscraper. The only minor drawback is that the construction phase might mean some noise and dust for a while.

We’re hoping the traffic on the way to Madhapur isn't too bad once we move in, as Kokapet can get busy.
