    We wanted a home close to our children's school, and Sarva 4 is literally next to Podar International School Vadodara. That was the main deciding factor for us. It's also very near VIROC Super specialty Orthopedic Hospital, which gives peace of mind. The project was completed in March 2020 and is ready to move in. The location on New VIP road is quite central. We found the apartment layout to be practical for our family of four. The only downside is that the surrounding area can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction phases of nearby plots, but the building itself is well-maintained. Sarva Developedelivered this project on time.
