Finding a place that feels safe and is close to work is always a challenge. Sarva 1 on New VIP road was ready to move, which was perfect for me. The location is directly opposite Sheshnarayan society, making it easy to find. I really appreciate having VIROC Hospital and Podar International School so close – practically next door. It gives me peace of mind knowing help and good schools are right there. The Sai Nagar Bus Stop is a little over a kilometer away, so that's a short walk. My only real concern is the parking situation. It seems a bit tight, and I worry about finding a spot easily after a long day at work. The Sarva Developeneed to ensure better management of that.

We were looking for a ready to move property in Vadodara for my parents. Sarva 1 seemed like a good option because it was completed in June 2019 and is already occupied. The location on New VIP road, opposite Sheshnarayan society, is quite convenient. It’s close to Podar International School and VIROC Hospital, which is great for their healthcare needs. My parents don’t drive much, so the nearby distance to Sai Nagar Bus Stop is manageable. We just hope the Sarva Developeare still responsive for any minor issues that might pop up after they move in. The location on New VIP road, opposite Sheshnarayan society, is prominent. What really sold me was the immediate vicinity to essential services: VIROC Super specialty Orthopedic Hospital and Podar International School are literally at the dootep, which is a huge advantage. While the bus stop is a bit of a walk at nearby, the main roads are accessible. However, the dust and noise from the ongoing development in the wider New VIP road area can be quite significant, especially during the day. It’s something to consider if you are sensitive to that. Still, for the convenience, it’s a good buy.
