The location in Chilkalthana, Sara Raaj Nagar is quite convenient, especially being so close to NH211 and the Nagpur-Aurangabad-Mumbai Highway. It makes commuting easy. The carpet area is around 233 Sq.ft, which is compact but sufficient for us. We liked that the project is ready to move and the developer, Sarthak Develope, has a decent reputation. The 24X7 water supply is a big plus. One thing we noticed is that the open parking can get a little full during evenings, but it hasn't been a major issue yet. Overall, it's a good option for basic living.
