It's also very close to the Aurangabad Airport. The project by Goldendream Buildcon includes essential amenities such as 24x7 water supply, lifts, and a water conservation system, which are crucial for daily living. The community buildings are also a good addition. The parking situation is a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, especially the open parking slots. Construction quality seems good, and it’s ready for immediate occupancy.
