We opted for a larger plot, around 4287 Sq.ft, to ensure enough space for the kids to play. The location in Kolar, Karudabande Hosahalli is quieter than where we currently live, which is a positive. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are also beneficial for the whole family's health. One thing that concerns me is the road access to the project itself from the main highway; it seems a bit underdeveloped currently. Saroj Developepromise completion by April 2030, so there's a long wait, but we are hopeful about the future development of the area.

The location in Kolar, Karudabande Hosahalli is peaceful, away from the city's chaos. We loved the idea of building our own home from scratch.
