I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Sarkar Mansion, Lalpur. The proximity to my office is excellent, and it is also very close to the Ranchi Kanta Toli Bus Stand, making travel easy. As a government employee, stability and reliability are important, and Reputed Builder has delivered a ready to move-in property. The nearby Orchid Medical Centre is also a vital facility. The main road access is good, but the internal lanes can get a bit busy. The overall construction quality appeasolid. I am reasonably satisfied with the purchase for my family's needs.
