We got a 4 BHK villa, which is 2900 square feet, providing ample space for our family. The location in Mokila, West Hyderabad, is quite peaceful. The drive to Indus International School is only about 7 minutes, which is convenient. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty, especially during drier months. The security seems good, and there's a swimming pool which the kids are excited about. Overall, it's a good option for a hassle-free move.
