    We chose Sark One for our family mainly because of its proximity to good schools like Indus International School Hyderabad and Prachin Global School, both within nearby. Our 4 BHK villa is 3300 square feet, offering plenty of room for our two children. The landscaping and flower gardens are lovely, and the kids enjoy the open spaces. The swimming pool is a big hit during weekends. The price for our villa was around 5.2 Crore. While the property itself is great, the internet connectivity can sometimes be spotty, which is a minor inconvenience for online classes. The power backup is a lifesaver though.
