I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement and found Saritha Opulence. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus for me. I chose a 2 BHK configuration measuring 1093 square feet. It is Vastu compliant, which my wife insisted on. The landscaped gardens and tree plantation give a nice green feel. It's close to Old Airport Road, making it easy to visit friends. The only slight concern is the traffic noise from Marathahalli, especially during peak houHowever, the apartment itself is well-insulated. The gymnasium is also a good facility to stay active. Overall, it provides a comfortable living environment.

The price was around 34.52 Lakh, which fit our budget. It is ready to move in, so we can shift soon. The location behind E Zone is convenient, close to the Outer Ring Road for my husband's commute. They have a swimming pool and a children's play area, which we thought were good amenities for a new family. We saw the apartment and the construction looked decent.
