We wanted something comfortable for my parents back in Bengaluru and Saravana Layout Phase 2 seemed like a good option. The 4 BHK villas are about 1700 to 1900 square feet which should give them plenty of space. It's a gated community with landscaping, which will be nice for them to walk around. The Cauvery pipeline is also a big plus for consistent water. They are moving in July 2024, so it’s ready to move in which is perfect. My parents are familiar with the Horamavu area. I hope they settle in well. The price was within our budget too.

I evaluated Saravana Layout Phase 2 from an investment pepective. The villas are priced between 1.7 Cr and 2.2 Cr. The 5 BHK configurations offer built-up areas from 1800 to 2200 square feet, which is a good size for rental potential. The location in Horamavu, Kalkere is seeing development, and it’s close to the Outer Ring Road and K. R. Pura Metro Station (4.96 KM). However, the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for a new buyer. The project is ready to move in by July 2024. The landscaping and Vaastu compliance are good features.
