Khalsa Model Senior Secondary School is just a minute away, which is fantastic for the kids. The price range of 45 Lakh to 60.52 Lakh is a bit stretched for us, but we feel it's a good long-term investment. Saraswati Construction is the developer. They have good amenities like car parking and fire sprinkleWe are a bit worried about the traffic on BT Road during peak hou, as it can be quite heavy. However, the proximity to the metro is a big plus for commuting.
