We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a common issue in developing areas. However, the proximity to the hospital at nearby is reassuring. Being ready to move was a big factor since we didn't want to wait. The location in Dunlop is okay, not too far from where my wife works. Parking is available, though it can get a little tight sometimes, especially in the evenings. They have 24x7 security which gives us some peace of mind. The children's play area is a nice touch and our kids love it. Khalsa Model Senior Secondary School is nearby, making the morning commute much easier. The construction quality looks solid, and it was good that it was ready to move in April 2024. The price for our flat was around 40 Lakhs. The only slight issue is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit of a concern for future property value. Otherwise, it's a comfortable place to live with good security.
