    We chose Saral Lotus White Field because of its proximity to schools. Bright Day School CBSE Vasana is just a short walk away, which makes the morning routine so much easier. The project was completed in June 2023 and is ready to move in, which was perfect for us. Our 3 BHK apartment has a carpet area of about 1088 square feet, giving us enough room for the kids. We appreciate the Vastu compliant design. One thing we've noticed is that there's some dust from nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The security cabin and power backup are reassuring.

    After retiring, we wanted a comfortable and convenient place. Saral Lotus White Field in Bhayli seemed like a good option. We selected a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of approximately 1050 square feet. The availability of a lift and power backup are essential for us. The Vastu compliance was also a deciding factor. The proximity to HCG Cancer Hospital is a relief, although we hope not to need it. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings pleasant. The main drawback is the traffic on Vasna Bhayli Road, which can be quite heavy, especially during certain times of the day, making access a little challenging sometimes.

The project is located in Bhayli, and our 3 BHK apartment offea carpet area of 1020 square feet. It's a decent size for our family. The presence of a security cabin and visitor parking adds to the convenience. Being close to Central Bus Stand Vadodara is also a useful point for travel. We are happy with the landscaping. One thing that could be improved is the accessibility; the final stretch to the building involves a slightly narrow lane which can be a minor inconvenience, especially for larger vehicles. Otherwise, the Saral Corporation seems to have delivered a good product.

    We just moved into Saral Lotus White Field a couple of months ago. The 3 BHK flat we got is around 1000 square feet carpet area, which feels quite spacious for us. Location is good, very close to Bright Day School CBSE Vasana, which will be useful later. Having visitor parking is a definite plus when friends drop by. The landscaping is pleasant to look at. My only small complaint is that the Vasna Bhayli Road can get quite congested during peak office hou, so commuting can be a bit slow. Overall, it's a nice place to settle down.
