The 3 BHK flat we purchased is 1516 square feet and cost us about 42 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move in was a big advantage. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good amenities for the residents. The proximity to Sathya Sai Orthopaedic & Multispeciality Hospital, just 0 kilometeaway, offegreat peace of mind. The only drawback is the connectivity to the main IT corrido, as the metro station is over 7 kilometeaway. Otherwise, it's a comfortable living space.
